Export & Shipping
Ghana Shea Butter Export, Shipping and Documentation
Miss one document and your container sits at customs while the invoices pile up. We assemble all six before your batch ever leaves Tema, not after you ask.
FOB Tema or CIF to your named port.
Two ways to ship, both with full documentation
We deliver to the vessel at Tema and handle export clearance. You arrange and pay for freight, insurance, and everything from the port of shipment onward.
We cover transportation and insurance to your named destination port. Risk transfers to you once the goods are loaded onto the vessel at Tema.
What ships with every order
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of Origin
- Bill of lading
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Packed to Survive Ocean Freight
25kg kraft bags for most orders, drums or bulk boxes for larger volumes
Packaging is chosen for durability across a multi-week ocean crossing, not for a photograph. Every unit is labeled with batch code, origin, and manufacture date.
Questions about shipping and customs
FOB Tema or CIF to your named port. Under FOB, you arrange freight from Tema. Under CIF, we cover freight and insurance to your port, and risk transfers once the goods are loaded.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, Certificate of Origin, and a phytosanitary certificate. Certificate of Analysis ships with every order regardless of destination.
25kg kraft bags for most orders, with drums or bulk cardboard boxes available for larger volumes. Packaging is built to survive ocean freight, not just look good in a photo.
Commercial orders typically move in 15 to 20 business days from confirmed order to major port arrival. Enterprise timelines depend on harvest allocation and get confirmed at quote stage.
