Shipping & Logistics
SheaButterGH supplies and packs the product in Ghana. Buyers arrange their own freight forwarder, export clearance, international shipping, insurance and destination customs. Local delivery to a nominated freight forwarder in Tema may be arranged by agreement.
- Local delivery in Ghana – we can arrange delivery to your nominated freight forwarder or receiving point in Tema, if agreed in your quote.
- Buyer-arranged export and freight – your nominated forwarder manages export clearance, booking, freight and insurance.
- Destination customs and delivery are managed by the buyer after arrival.
- No FOB or CIF quotations – we quote the product supply and any agreed local delivery in Ghana only.
Documentation included with every shipment
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the confirmed batch
- Product specification / Technical Data Sheet, where available
- SDS/MSDS, where available
- Packing details for your nominated freight forwarder
- Export documents are arranged by the buyer’s nominated freight forwarder
- Further documentation can be discussed for qualifying orders
