The United States African Development Foundation (USADF) is an "Independent United States Government Agency" which provides grants and loans of up to $250,000 to community groups and small enterprises that benefit under-served and marginalized groups in Sub-Saharan Africa. USADF has provided crucial financial support to Naasakle to build Naasakle's production and financial management capabilities. Global Mamas, an NGO working to empower women in Ghana by distributing products to the United States, has provided business consulting support, in addition to serving as a US retail distributor. The organization also works as a worldwide retail distributor, ensuring that products are eco-friendly and fair trade. Global Mamas operates as Women In Progress, an officially registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the United States. |
